Birthday Evening

Last weekend, we spent our days celebrating our little guys first year. It started on Friday evening - his actual birthday. For Micah's 1st Birthday, his mom had recorded in his baby book that they went to Tim Hortons. SO, we decided to keep the tradition and took Zayne there for his birthday supper. We had tons of fun eating potato bacon soup, rolls, and of course donuts. I ordered Zayne his own donut hole this time - they are called tidbits at Tim's and the waitress gave him 2 because it was his birthday. I decided to just give him the whole thing and see if he would be able to eat it. He took two normal, small bites and then stuffed the whole tidbit in his mouth!

After Tim Hortons we took Zayne to Target and walked around looking for the perfect toy. You can see in the below pictures that we found one! He loves his little Tow Mater truck. It has fun songs and noises and is the perfect size for Zayne.

We also opened up his birthday card from Nana & Poppy Great and Zayne was super excited about what was in the card. He ran all over the house holding up his $ - SO CUTE.
